At the time of reserving current bank card details are required either by telephone or by e-mail.

CANCELLATIONS

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. 

 

NO SHOW

If you fail to check in and you have not cancelled your booking, a ‘no-show’ charge equal to the full cost of the booking will be charged.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in : We look forward to greeting you between 4–8pm on the day of your arrival.

Check-out : 10.30am on the date of departure.

If you are unable to arrive during our standard check-in time, please be sure to contact us ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements.

SMOKING

The interior of Les Rochers is non-smoking. A 100€ cleaning fee will be assessed should a guest choose to smoke indoors.

PETS

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets.

COVID-19 / PANDEMIC / EPIDEMIC

As a guest travelling during the Covid-19 pandemic, you are fully aware that Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) is an infectious disease, so travelling and staying with us during this time is done so entirely at your own risk:

1. Please do not check in if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

2. Please wear a mask when in communal areas.

3. Hand sanitiser is available in all communal areas.

4. We would ask that you respect social distancing.

5. If required we shall ask to see your Pass Sanitaire/Health Pass on arrival.

PRIVACY POLICY

Les Rochers are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please take a moment to read our Privacy Policy before booking.

What information do we collect about you?

When you make a booking with us we collect the name of the person making the booking along with the home address, email address and telephone number.

We also ask about arrival time and specific dietary requirements.

How we use the information we hold on you?

We use your name and home address for invoicing purposes.

We use your email address to send you confirmation and reminders of the reservation and answer any questions you may have about your stay.

We will not use your telephone number to contact you unless it is for an emergency and/or we have been unable to contact you by email.

We use your dietary requirements information and arrival information solely to plan your stay with us.

How is your data stored?

All of your personal data is securely stored on password protected databases with our third party administered online booking system. This data is legally accessible only to us.

Marketing

At present we do not send out any marketing emails. If we decide to start email marketing in the future and you would like to receive marketing communications from us, there is an option to opt in for this when you make your booking. If you do decide to sign up for this the distribution list is managed by a secure third party.

Access to your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information please email us.

COOKIES

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

RESERVATION & HOUSE POLICIES
To receive our Best Available Rates, we recommend that you book directly with us. While most of the time we do require a 2-night minimum stay we will occasionally make exceptions. Call or email us, and we shall do our best to accommodate you.
